With hands-on experience in RTL design, signal integrity analysis, and hardware-software integration, Ashish is drawn to roles where he can directly influence product success — whether by debugging system-level issues, optimizing yield and test coverage, or translating customer pain points into engineering solutions. NPI especially excites him because it demands cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and precision under pressure — all things he naturally gravitates toward.

In an Applications Engineer role, Ashish thrives on being the bridge between engineering teams and customers — not just solving problems, but deeply understanding them. He believes great support is proactive, data-informed, and rooted in strong communication. His goal?
